As part of the final day program for the NTI Transit Trainers' Workshop, Vigil Systems held a User Group Meeting with users from accross the USA, as well as agencies who were interested in Vigil solutions and technology.

Warren Singleton, Driving Development Co-ordinator for the State Transit Authority of New South Wales (STA) in Australia, was a guest speaker at the User Group. Mr Singleton explained how STA has been working with Vigil for the past five years to reduce accidents and improve driving behavior by implementing VigilVanguard into their Skills Maintenance Program for Refresher Training. STA also uses VigilManager to manage driver training data, identify possible risks and evaluate performance.

The User Group also discussed how Vigil solutions can be applied to a wide range of areas - including remedial training, refresher training, bus operator monitoring and customer service training.
